Setting up Live Chat or Customer Support

Your can use chat widgets such as Zopim on member-facing pages. To access the live chat script/embed code:

1. From the dashboard, select Settings > Widget > Getting Started tab.
2. Copy the embed script, as shown in the example below:



3. Log into your Coworkify and click Settings. 


4. Then click, Customer Support on the left side menu.


5. Paste the live chat script in the box "Chat Widget".

6. Save to publish changes.
