Resources are equipments like projector and whiteboard, and physical assets like meeting room and video conference room which Member can reserve in advance.
Every resource has an associated price with it and Members who reserved that resource will be charged based on hourly usage.
At invoice day, Coworkify calculates usage of all resources, adds hourly charge to the invoice and sends the invoice to Member via email on behalf of you.
You can also create admin-only resources where only you as admin can assign these resources to Members. This is useful when you have some resources that you don't want Members to reserve them.
