Plans are rights that you give to your Members allowing them to use your space during certain period of time.
Typical coworking space has three to five plans in order to suit various needs from different types of Members. In Coworkify, all Members must belong to one of the plans created by you.
When new space is added, Coworkify creates the following plans as templates so that you don't have to create them from scratch. You can use these templates as starting points and customize them depending on your needs or don't use them at all. It's up to you.

You may notice some plans have 'Timespan' field with some values in it. Timespan is a range of time period that allows Members to use the space during that period only. Useful when creating time-based plan such as drop-ins and evening only memberships.
Options are additional services that Members can purchase as part of their plan. For example, locker, parking space, personal storage area are typical options that can be provided by the space.
When Member purchases Options, Coworkify automatically adds price of each Option to the invoice and sends it to Member via email. This avoids chances of miscalculation caused by human errors, which unfortunately happen a lot at many spaces.
Best of all, you will be free from this time-consuming operation by letting Coworkify do the job for you. Instead, you can spend more time on important things such as community building.
